Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of how young people are inserted in the labour market prematurely, and what is the vision of what it means to get and keep a job in which working conditions are marked by flexibility and do not allow this group to develop professionally. Shows that jobs which young people obtain are temporary and generally in the sector services.
