Abstract
Recent trends of the labor relationships in Argentina: strengthening and scarcity in the food sector. The present article focused in the Argentinean case, propose to analyze in an economical an employment recovery context, to visible tendencies within the labor market. On the one hand, a labor institution’s strengthening along with the revitalization of the union negotiation power. On the other hand, the outsourcing companies’ strategies and its external flexibility that impoverishes the hiring categories and stimulates the competition between the unions. This research is framed within the compared labor relationships study field and observes such dimensions as the employment, compensation and collective negotiation, taking the case of the food sector.
