Positivismo y dominación

Abstract

In order to ponder over the social inequalities produced by a globalizing neoliberal world that takes the form of an increasing and aggravated domination, we consider the philosophy of Auguste Comte because it’s an ideology that from its inception was meant to strengthen the prevailing system of domination. It developed the idea that the laws formulated by a group of sages would establish an adequate means for controlling those opponents to progress that dedicated themselves to inhibiting the preservation of existing institutions and traditions. This school of thought is today actively laying the foundations for political constitutions and public policies in a wide variety of institutions.
