Nuevas condiciones de trabajo y de los asalariados, nuevos procesos organizacionales

Abstract

Mexican labor reality is characterized by the wave of changes in work conditions: in recruiting modalities, in the procedures for workers recruitment and selection, in the forms task is carried out, everything including conceptions of the worker who tends to uncertainty and labor engagement, assemble taken place by the processes of restructuring of production. In its becoming, restructuring of production has broadened social divisions, shown in the increase of precariousness (individual income depreciation, increment of the technological unemployment, disqualification, growth of the informality and outsourcing) and in the presence of workers linked to the Excellency managerial paradigm. In the theoretical discussion, there is a tension among the disciplinary control, of corporal subjection, and the unfolding of the new capitalism with the digitalization of control and the reenactment of capital new time without rigid limits. Mapping this theoretical discussion, linking it to some empiric evidences, is part of the tasks that we intend.
