Hacia la construcción de la discapacidad como referente

Abstract

The notion of disability is a construct managed without considering the voices of those who live in this condition, particularly of people with intellectual disabilities. The use of Communication and Information Technologies (Jer) opens the possibility for this people to express themselves trough their own condition and to participate in shaping their conscience by speaking up and becoming in sign. This work is a reflection about the place of people with disability in the social environment and about the ways in which the construction of a discourse of disability provides the formation of a particular subject.
