Formación docente e investigación modular. Puentes a la ética y al conocimiento
Abstract
Nowadays, higher education institutions are demanded to orient the learning programs towards the formation of competences in order to satisfy the demands of the labor market. However, these demands turn aside and prevent to reach an inclusive and integral educational sense as it is intended to form a critic and supportive society. That’s why it’s indispensable to analyze our educational model and to redefine the meaning of the terms ‘abilities’ and ‘competences’ in a model focused on a wellbeing propose, shared through the analysis of one of the fundamental axes of the modular system: the modular research and the teaching formation.
