La necesidad de un órgano de control político independiente del poder judicial de la federación

Abstract

To contemplate the political control within the Judicial Power of the Federation when performing functions of the Constitutional Court through its highest instance, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, limits its action in its role of protection and safeguard of the human rights and guarantees contained in the Constitution and the International Treaties of those that the Mexican State is part of, hence the suggestion of its independence in an Entity of Political Control outside the Judicial Power of the Federation in order to be a viable path in the conservation of the Rule of Law.
