Abstract

this article focuses on the concept of justice and how to build an inclusive society. To this end, a review of four proposals will be made, the first proposal is by the philosopher Michael Walzer, with particular emphasis on his criteria of distributive justice in relation to the nature of the importance of goods and their distribution process in each social sphere; the second proposal is from Amartya Sen, philosopher and economist, who considers that to evaluate justice it is important to include the problem of social inequality taking into account the issue of human capabilities; the third proposal is from the philosopher Martha Nussbaum, who integrates into the debate on justice her concern for the cruelty that is inflicted on animals; finally the fourth proposal is from Vandana Shiva, who analyzes the functioning of the capitalist system from its predatory capacity.
