Abstract

gender-based violence prevents a true and equitable progress of societies to level world, therefore is necessary and emerging transformation and the change of paradigms in all spaces: public and private, with awareness and social responsibility. Contrasting statistics who photographed some elements of femicides result of violence snatching them life and before, is dignity in evidence that the problem is more cultural and that not only transcends legal or legal issues but also educational and social. This article presents the legal framework to combat feminicide in Mexico and Latin America.
