Abstract

The paper analyses modern states conformation as a result of social contract that confers power in exchange of guaranty of social rights. It considers the evolution of rights from first to four generation and how they are denied by neoliberalism, that transfer rights to market. It argues that minimum neoliberal state only guaranties corporation rights. As an example presents TTP and PISA, secret agreements.
