Abstract

the article presents a reflection on the processes of criminalization suffered by young people, in two ways: on the one hand, a criminalization that punishes behaviors where young people participate actively and a criminalization that avoids the consideration of young people as subjects of right by supposing in the delinquent/criminal a subject who, already dead, does not deserve investigation about his murder. In second instance, several research works are reviewed on how young people live this double criminalization, as victims and victimizers, in order to reflect on how they are placed in the absence of real opportunities.
