each year hundreds of young people are integrated into illegal life, many live and die in conditions of precariousness and poverty, others choose the path of illegality as the only option for the future, they are young people that society and our institutions denied a hope, young people condemned to a future without hope and social development, somewhat as a result of the lack of public policies according to their needs, as a result of the profound changes that are experienced in contemporary society, lack of decent employment and well-paid, education, security, health services and a more just society.
