Abstract

there is a world tourist trend growing on; is one of the leisure forms that more money produces for an industry that is boosted in diferent ways including hotels, restaurants, rental car, museums, beaches, etcetera, where are included the historical centers of the world cities; in that sense, the Unesco has them declared Humanity Cultural Heritage, propitianting a higher interest for knowing, visiting, and spend several day there; this situationsubmit this places to a intensive use, but also for the gouvernamental interventions in the way to restore and conserve the buildings, parks, fountains, plazas and streets, under a model that trend them to be an homogeneous museum where every thing is cloned with the primordial purpose to get incomes for the business of the area.
