Abstract

the liberal educational reforms have failed quality education because his predecessors since the 1940 formed an education system guided by the rhetoric of national unity. Centralized presidential corporate political regime, s. e. reinforces this, in its double role legitimizing as SEP-SNTE-transmitting the same education-the ideology of national unity-to the national cultural mosaic. During the rise and industrial culmination, ran which hegemonic regime; but, in its crisis appeared his authoritarian nature. Then, in the neo-liberal context, the poor quality of education, low school performance is diagnosis.
