Abstract

according the Urban Services General Office, MÉXICO City and the MÉXICO Valley Metropolitan Zone are placed in 1% of the national territory and produce the 30% of the country’s garbage. There are problems, it’s reconoced by the government. But with the (2015-2020) Work Proyect, the city’s garbage problem will be finished and will be: “Tecnicly viable: ambiently sustainable; and Sociabily inclusive”. How far it’s to get this? The garbage is like the country: it’s necessary an organizational change, with a responsible structure that responds about the issue. It’s necessary an organism that educate the people. In the meantime, the garbage in MÉXICO City will go on it’s quotidian life, of market, and the changes will be only in the speechs, without modify the reality. That’s why the city’s garbage, is scarcely a paper proyect.
