Abstract

the method, logic and deep content of the Critique of Political Economy of Karl Marx allows us to find two dimensions in the references of the author to the problem of the State. The first one understands the State as concrete totality directly linked to the set of relations of domination and subordination through which the production and reproduction of Society are articulated. Taking this as a basis and based on the fetishization of capital, that is, the process through which it made by humans appears as if the subject creator (refusing or hiding thus the real basis), can be understood the configuration of an illusory Community and a State apparatus or institutional ‘Thing’; that is the realization of this social relationship called State.
