La desesperanza interminable
Abstract
this paper addresses the original problem issued from being deprived of the impact of the Industrial Revolution, being colonized by a colonized country itself, lacking of an original culture and building another, derived from imitation –to reach the current results–, to allow and promote an utilitarian view of education, to build educational policies fallen out with learning and from the government (formerly as nowadays), to impose the own rules upon the market and the operation of incentives within higher education policies.
