La calificación de la elección presidencial
Abstract
This article explains the process to qualify the presidential election that took place in July 2012, made by the High Court of the Federal Electoral Tribunal. Taking as a point of departure the fact that the presidential election had been made by the federal Chamber of Deputies, it considers positive that, since the creation of the Electoral Federal Tribunal, Mexico has adopted a jurisdictional qualification, instead of a political one, in order to determine the winner of the race to obtain the presidency of the republic.
