Abstract

Even when this paper is organized as a numeric and graphic report, it has a methodology procedure that must be seen as a proposition of data treatment. With the election year the Mexican political life shows a set of contradictions and unexpected results, at least strange results. The great point was the presidential election, but the other two of senators and deputies, there are not minors elections. Seems that those last two where took as a refresh of the people involved and they made a kind of funny movements to pretend a change in all this repeated process. In first place we wrote about a geographical comparison between districts in three scenarios, president, senator, deputy. The analysis of polygons described by colors gives regional aspect to the behavior of electors. In a second place there appears a set of data that remark that regional treatment. Al last, the approach to the sectional pieces give a third step of the general methodology propose.
