De Robinson a Superman. Reflexiones sobre una trilogía. Un uso crítico de las industrias culturales
Abstract
In a Mattelard way this article seeks to establish that within the cultural industries exists a huge potential to draw some conclusions about paradigmatic characters in modern societies, such as the Robinson Crusoe novel or some comics, like Tarzan and Superman, as they reflect a continuity in shaping a personality or “characterological colonialist” in the Anglo-Saxon culture. All this is based on the analysis of Reichian character, which highlights these contradictions.
