Abstract

ABSTRAC We analyze a group of conceptual and methodological aspects in regards with the relationship between sustainable development and climatic change. We make emphasis in the regional vulnerability and in the agrienvironment planning processes for the rural development. Likewise, we present some considerations for the local institutional strengthening by means of the discussion of policies' guideliness towards the agricultural adaptation and the rural development racing the climatic change under the regional sustain ability framework.
