Abstract
Regulation of outsourcing and workers supplies in Chile: Achievements and perspectives for the construction of labor relationships. We analyze the existing relationship within the Chilean society among the social construction of the labor relationships, the labor fields institutions and the use of the outsourcing and workers supply system. The interest lie in the association of the aforementioned labor organization experiences with the scarcity and the labor helplessness, which drove the approval of a new legal regime of such activities, contain in the outsourcing law 20.173. Throughout these tree years the process lasted, the legislators, the society groups, the political class and the State gave signal about the way they picture the labor relationships organization and the labor market. The systematization of these points of view made in this paper, show the contradictions and principles that guide the definition of the current labor relationships systems in Chile.
